Positions (Part Time):

* Carry Out/E-Commerce Associate: $18/hour

Dependable and detail-oriented to support customer service, dealer assistance, online product listings, and general store upkeep. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a retail environment, staying active throughout the day, and helping keep both the store and online inventory running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with carrying out purchased items.
Help dealers bring furniture and inventory into the store.
Photograph dealer-submitted items for online product listings.
Create, update, and maintain product listings in Shopify.
Update the website’s New Arrivals and Sold pages as needed.
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, including daily trash removal from bathrooms, the front desk, and the design bar.
Check bathroom supplies daily, including toilet paper, paper towels, and soap.
Help maintain the nursery and garden area.
Keep the parking lot and nursery clean and free of trash, debris, and clutter.
Perform cashier duties as needed.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service skills and a helpful attitude.
Ability to lift and carry furniture and other purchased items safely.
Comfortable using or learning Shopify and basic online listing tools.
Basic photography skills or willingness to learn.
Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to assist with both indoor and outdoor store maintenance tasks.

* Cashier: $18/hour

Responsibilities

Complete customer purchases and returns accurately and efficiently.
Answer customer questions in person and over the phone.
Add, remove, or update dealer sales.
Add, remove, or update customer holds.
Coordinate will-call, delivery, and customer pick-up orders.
Walk the store regularly to engage with customers and offer assistance.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and welcoming customer experience.
Support daily front-of-store operations as needed.

Qualifications

Previous cashier, retail, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable answering phones and assisting customers in person.
Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly.
