City regulations regarding installation of these fireplaces vary from city to city. Please verify your cities guidelines PRIOR TO PURCHASE.

• Parts - These fireplaces are all used/vintage and come to us just as they are found. We do not know if they have all the parts required by contractors to install them. Please use photos as the description and ask any questions prior to purchase and or shipping. 

• Concrete - Some of these fireplaces have concrete and can be very heavy. The Malm fireplaces with concrete surrounds and bases can't be moved by one person/shipper. It will require two people to move and set these up. Please consider this when picking up your fireplace from our store. Some shippers will require you to help if they are by themselves.

• Malm Fireplaces – This company is still in business and you are welcome to contact them to inquire about any additional parts you may need to purchase.
