Mid Century Stardust Headboard

This beautiful vintage 1930s / 1940s headboard is constructed from birch and designed with rounded edges. Manufactured by Forest Furniture from the Stardust series and marked "516 Star Dust" on the backside. Great minimalist design comparable to Heywood Wakefield and Conant Ball furniture from the same era. This width headboard fits a standard full size mattress of 54"; a queen size standard mattress size is 60" will also work but will extend slightly beyond the edges of the headboard.
